The staff did not even know what "upgrade firmware" means. lol. no kidding. The girl even said that my phone is old and my phone is not the latest model ( the latest is note 8) may be the reason it is not "upgrading". At this point I just walked out hitting my forehead with my hand. I have never experienced this level of technological ignorance from a cellphone store. Ever. Just don't bother coming here unless you are buying something I guess.
