Fortunately for me, this is our local T-Mobile store - every time I've been in this store I've received outstanding customer service. Not only are they polite and friendly, they're incredibly helpful in answering other questions you might have about your phone, back-up for your photos, etc. They've always gone out of their way to help when transferring phones, SIM cards, etc. Highly recommended!
